Starting out as a mechanic in the family business, Bill's experience expanded as a supervisor with General Highway Express and then Director of Maintenance for Mims Motorfrate. In 1985, Bill founded Guaranteed Truck Service, Inc. from a one-bay shop. The current location was purchased in 1997 and expanded in 2002, and is the result of outgrowing two other facilities. Since the company's inception, Bill has guided the organization through sure and steady growth by focusing on exceeding the needs of each customer. He is responsible for strategic planning and client relations.

Jeff is responsible for market development, parts department and company operations. He has seven years of experience working with fleet and transportation companies. Jeff is instrumental in positioning our company for steady growth.

After 20 years in a family business, Vince made the decision in 1999 to become part of our team. Vince directs all facets of the maintenance services for our customer base and coordinates any needed support for our clients in the Cleveland market.
